My journey toward healthy eating began with a personal challenge—managing Type 2 diabetes. Like many, I initially thought there was a single “right” way to eat healthy, but through experience, I quickly realized that one-size-fits-all diets don’t work for everyone.
As I experimented with different eating styles—low-carb, keto, carnivore, and even plant-based meals—I discovered that health isn’t about following a rigid set of rules but about finding what works best for your body. This realization fueled my passion to explore simple, nutritious recipes that make healthy eating both sustainable and enjoyable.
Now, through Clean Eats Hub, I want to share what I’ve learned and provide others with the tools to make informed food choices.
